About Bylund Wildlife Services
Bylund Wildlife Services, Inc. has been providing humane and effective wildlife control in Central Massachusetts since it was founded in 2008 by Dave Bylund. Dave’s experience as a problem animal control operator began at Back Forty Wildlife Services, Inc. While working at Back Forty Dave attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, studying Wildlife Conservation. There Dave furthered his field experience in wildlife handling by volunteering for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Maine Division of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection as well as working seasonally for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. Additionally he completed the 400 hour conservation law enforcement training program at UMASS and his Wilderness First Responder certification.
The time was right. Dave had the qualifications to provide the public with exceptional, modern, and humane wildlife control and Bylund Wildlife Services, Inc. was born. With a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation, Dave understands wildlife population dynamics and the value of sound scientific wildlife management. Dave continues to expand his knowledge by attending seminars and staying current to the pertinent wildlife issues of the times. He is a member of the Massachusetts Trappers’ Association as well as the National Wildlife Control Operators Association.
Combining Dave’s education and experience, as well as his respect and appreciation for wildlife, Bylund Wildlife Services, Inc. can truly be seen as the modern future of the nuisance wildlife control industry. Bylund Wildlife Services, Inc. provides the most humane techniques and utilizes only the best management practices. If you are experiencing a nuisance wildlife issue call Dave Bylund for more information. We welcome the opportunity to address any wildlife problems or concerns you might have.
